Support
A little help, without the runaround.
Most of Axletic lives entirely on your iPhone, which keeps the app simple and your workout details close. Here are the quickest answers to common questions.
Where is my workout data stored?
Workouts and profile information are stored locally on your iPhone. Axletic does not currently use accounts or provide its own cloud-sync service. Your Apple device-backup settings may separately determine whether app data is included in a device backup.
Why did my break notification not appear?
Open iOS Settings, find Axletic, and make sure notifications are allowed. Focus modes and notification-summary settings can also delay or silence an alert. For Live Activities, check that Live Activities are enabled for Axletic and that the device supports them.
How do measurements and units work?
Axletic presents weight, height, and distance using formats appropriate to your locale while storing canonical metric values internally. This keeps the underlying workout record consistent when your region or unit presentation changes.
How do I turn off anonymous telemetry?
Open your profile in Axletic and switch off anonymous usage sharing. Axletic will stop sending new interaction events from that device. Your workout and profile contents are not included in telemetry events. Read the privacy policy for more detail.
How do I delete my information?
Delete individual workouts from the workout history and clear optional profile fields or the profile photo from your profile. Uninstalling Axletic removes locally stored app data from the device, subject to any backups controlled through your Apple settings.
